Method

  4. Spread the sweet potato cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Use two baking sheets if necessary.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the sweet potatoes are tender and slightly caramelized, with browned and slightly crispy edges.

Notes

For easier cleanup, line your baking sheet with parchment paper. Don’t skip flipping the sweet potatoes for even browning. To sweeten, drizzle with maple syrup or honey before serving.
