- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Stir well until everything is evenly distributed and the mixture starts to come together. This may take a few minutes of vigorous stirring.
- If the mixture is too dry, add another tablespoon of milk until it reaches a workable consistency. If it's too wet, add a tablespoon of protein powder or oats.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the mixture to firm up.
- Once chilled, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Optional: Roll the balls in additional shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or mini chocolate chips.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or in the freezer for longer storage.

Use rolled oats, not instant. Adjust wet and dry ingredients to achieve the desired consistency. Applesauce adds moisture and sweetness without stickiness.
