- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, and 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 8x8 inch baking dish or a similar sized oven-safe dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the dip is heated through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks, or baguette slices.

For best results, use full-fat mayonnaise and freshly grated cheddar cheese. Adjust the amount of buffalo wing sauce to your preference for heat. Rotisserie chicken provides juicy, flavorful meat. Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to prevent lumps. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
