  • 2 cups prepared stuffing
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs, chopped parsley, sage, thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil optional

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Spoon or cookie scoop
  • Oven

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked turkey, prepared stuffing, cranberry sauce, beaten egg, flour, and chopped herbs.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Gently mix all the ingredients together until evenly distributed. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Using a spoon or a small cookie scoop, form the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.

  7. If desired, brush the tops of the bites with melted butter or olive oil for extra browning.

  9. Let the bites cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Don't overmix the ingredients to avoid tough bites. Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. You can adjust the seasoning according to your preference. For make-ahead instructions, prepare the mixture and store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For variations, try adding a pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick, shredded cheese for a cheesy twist, or chopped pecans for a nutty crunch.
