- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked turkey, prepared stuffing, cranberry sauce, beaten egg, flour, and chopped herbs.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently mix all the ingredients together until evenly distributed. Be careful not to overmix.
- Using a spoon or a small cookie scoop, form the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Bites onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each bite.
- If desired, brush the tops of the bites with melted butter or olive oil for extra browning.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and heated through.
- Let the bites cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Don't overmix the ingredients to avoid tough bites. Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. You can adjust the seasoning according to your preference. For make-ahead instructions, prepare the mixture and store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For variations, try adding a pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick, shredded cheese for a cheesy twist, or chopped pecans for a nutty crunch.
