- Place the frozen strawberries into the basin of a high-powered blender first. Pour the full-fat coconut milk, cold water, chosen sweetener, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt on top.
- Secure the lid and start the blender on a low speed, gradually increasing to high. Blend for 45 to 60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy with no remaining chunks.
- Pause the blender and taste the refresher. Adjust sweetness or vanilla if desired, and pulse for another 5 seconds to combine.
- Pour the finished refresher into tall glasses immediately. Garnish with a fresh strawberry, a sprig of mint, or a sprinkle of shredded coconut if you wish, and serve while frosty.
