- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.

- Shred or slice the chicken.
- In a bowl, toss the shredded or sliced chicken with the BBQ sauce, ensuring it is evenly coated.
- Toast the buns.
- Pile the BBQ chicken onto the bottom buns.
- Add your favorite toppings.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier sandwich, add cayenne pepper to the dry rub or use a spicy BBQ sauce. Use high-quality chicken for the best flavor. Don't overcook the chicken.
