- Drizzle chocolate syrup inside your martini glass.
- On a small plate, spread a thin layer of cocoa powder.
- Moisten the rim of your glass with water or a bit of chocolate syrup.
- Gently dip the rim into the cocoa powder, coating evenly.
- Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Baileys Irish Cream, vodka, chocolate liqueur, and half-and-half.
- Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
- Strain the martini into your prepared glass.
- Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and a cherry.
Notes
For an extra chill, pre-chill your martini glasses in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Use good quality chocolate liqueur for the best flavor. Don't over-shake the martini, 15-20 seconds is perfect. For a dairy-free version, use almond milk or coconut cream instead of half-and-half. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
