Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Chocolate Liqueur Godiva or Crème de Cacao
  • 0.5 oz Half-and-Half or Cream
  • Ic e
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling
  • Cocoa powder for rim
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Method
 

  1. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside your martini glass.
  2. On a small plate, spread a thin layer of cocoa powder.
  3. Moisten the rim of your glass with water or a bit of chocolate syrup.
  4. Gently dip the rim into the cocoa powder, coating evenly.
  5. Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
  6. Add the Baileys Irish Cream, vodka, chocolate liqueur, and half-and-half.
  7. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
  8. Strain the martini into your prepared glass.
  9. Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and a cherry.

Notes

For an extra chill, pre-chill your martini glasses in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Use good quality chocolate liqueur for the best flavor. Don't over-shake the martini, 15-20 seconds is perfect. For a dairy-free version, use almond milk or coconut cream instead of half-and-half. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
