Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups Amaretto liqueur
  • 1 cup light rum or vodka
  • 1/2 cup grenadine or maraschino cherry juice
  • 1 liter ginger ale or club soda, chilled optional
  • Pineapple wedges, for garnish
  • Orange slices, for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Combine the pineapple juice, orange juice, Amaretto liqueur, rum (or vodka), and grenadine (or maraschino cherry juice) in a large punch bowl or beverage dispenser. Stir well.
  2. Cover the punch bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours.
  3. Just before serving, add the chilled ginger ale or club soda (optional). Stir gently.
  4. Add ice to the punch bowl just before serving.
  5. Garnish with pineapple wedges, orange slices, and maraschino cherries.
  6. Ladle the punch into glasses filled with ice. Enjoy!

Notes

For a less sweet option, use vodka instead of rum. Add carbonation right before serving to prevent it from going flat. Adjust the amount of Amaretto or grenadine to your taste. Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Chill thoroughly for a harmonious blend.
