2 x 180g white chocolate blocks, finely chopped, plus extra, melted, to decorate
70g (2 cups) rice bubbles
70g (2/3 cup) desiccated coconut
White and red Christmas sprinkles, to decorate
3 Method Steps
Step 1Line a baking tray with baking paper. Lightly grease 6 star-shaped pastry cutters and place on prepared tray.
Step 2Place the white chocolate
(2 x 180g white chocolate blocks, finely chopped, plus extra, melted, to decorate) in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on Medium, stirring every minute, until melted and smooth. Add in the coconut
(70g (2/3 cup) desiccated coconut) and rice bubbles
(70g (2 cups) rice bubbles). Stir until well combined. Spoon among prepared cutters and smooth the surface. Place in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
Step 3Use a small knife to loosen the stars from the pastry cutters. Return the crackle stars to the tray. Drizzle over extra white chocolate and decorate with sprinkles
