White Christmas crackle star

You only need 5 ingredients to make these no-bake, white chocolate crackle stars. For an easy Christmas gift, make a big batch and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Pro tip: oil the inside of the cutter to make sure the stars come out easily.

4 Ingredients

  • 2 x 180g white chocolate blocks, finely chopped, plus extra, melted, to decorate

  • 70g (2 cups) rice bubbles

  • 70g (2/3 cup) desiccated coconut

  • White and red Christmas sprinkles, to decorate

3 Method Steps

  • Step 1

    Line a baking tray with baking paper. Lightly grease 6 star-shaped pastry cutters and place on prepared tray.

  • Step 2

    Place the white chocolate
    (2 x 180g white chocolate blocks, finely chopped, plus extra, melted, to decorate)
    in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on Medium, stirring every minute, until melted and smooth. Add in the coconut
    (70g (2/3 cup) desiccated coconut)
    and rice bubbles
    (70g (2 cups) rice bubbles)
    . Stir until well combined. Spoon among prepared cutters and smooth the surface. Place in the fridge for 1 hour to set.

  • Step 3

    Use a small knife to loosen the stars from the pastry cutters. Return the crackle stars to the tray. Drizzle over extra white chocolate and decorate with sprinkles
