Violet Crumble caramel martini

A creamy martini cocktail shaken with Violet Crumble honeycomb caramel-flavoured milk, butterscotch schnapps and vodka, then topped with whipped cream and Violet Crumble honeycomb caramel chocolate. It’s the perfect party starter or an after-dinner treat.

6 Ingredients


  • 125ml (1/2 cup) butterscotch schnapps liqueur

  • 60ml (1/4 cup) vodka

  • 250ml (1 cup) Violet Crumble Honeycomb Caramel Flavoured Milk

  • Caramel sauce, to serve

  • Violet Crumble Honeycomb Caramel chocolate pieces, crushed, to serve

  • Ice-cubes, to shake

3 Method Steps


  • Step 1

    Spread the caramel sauce

    (Caramel sauce, to serve) over a small plate. Place the crushed Violet Crumble (Violet Crumble Honeycomb Caramel chocolate pieces, crushed, to serve) on a small plate. Dip the rim of two martini glasses into caramel sauce then dip in the Violet Crumble to coat. Drizzle caramel sauce into the glasses.


  • Step 2

    Add the butterscotch schnapps (125ml (1/2 cup) butterscotch schnapps liqueur), vodka (60ml (1/4 cup) vodka), milk (250ml (1 cup) Violet Crumble Honeycomb Caramel Flavoured Milk) and ice (Ice-cubes, to shake) to a cocktail shaker and shake to combine.

  • Step 3

    Divide the mixture between the glasses. Top with whipped cream and Violet Crumble and serve.
