200g packet of saganaki cheese
honey, to serve

4 Method Steps
Step 1Halve 1 small lemon(1 lemon) crossways. Thinly slice 1 half. Separate pieces from a 200g pkt of saganaki cheese (200g packet of saganaki cheese).

Step 2Heat 1 tbs olive oil in a small frying pan over medium-high heat. Add lemon slices. Cook for 1 minute each side or until browned. Transfer to a plate.
Step 3Cook cheese pieces for 2 minutes each side or until golden. Transfer to a serving plate.
Step 4Drizzle with honey (honey, to serve). Squeeze over a little juice from remaining lemon half. Top with lemon slices. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds (toasted sesame seeds, to serve) and fresh mint leaves (fresh mint leaves, to serve). Serve hot off the pan.
