Super-easy pizza jaffles

Spice up you regular snack with these easy pizza jaffles – great for an afternoon snack for kids!

8 Ingredients

  • 20g butter, softened

  • 4 slices white bread

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • 4 slices salami, torn

  • 1/4 cup roasted red pepper strips

  • 8 small pitted kalamata olives

  • 1/3 cup grated mozzarella

  • Dried oregano, to sprinkle

  • Step 1

    Preheat jaffle maker.

    Meanwhile, spread butter

    (20g butter, softened) over 1 side of each slice of bread (4 slices white bread). Turn bread over. Spread bread with tomato paste (2 tbsp tomato paste).

  • Step 3

    Place 1 slice of bread, buttered-side down, in each hole of jaffle maker. Top with salami (4 slices salami, torn), red pepper (1/4 cup roasted red pepper strips), olives (8 small pitted kalamata olives) and cheese (1/3 cup grated mozzarella). Sandwich with remaining bread slices, buttered-side up. Sprinkle with oregano (Dried oregano, to sprinkle). Close lid. Cook for 4 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted. Serve.
