Sticky salmon noodles


Recipe may contain gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, milk and fish.

Ready in 20 minutes, this easy stir-fry features broccolini and a soy, honey and garlic marinade – and it’s only $6.60 per serve.

5 Ingredients

  • 400g skinless boneless salmon fillets, cut into 4cm pieces

  • 185ml (3/4 cup) soy, honey and garlic marinade

  • 2 x 400g packet shelf fresh Singapore noodles

  • 1 bunch broccolini, stems thickly sliced diagonally, larger tops chopped

  • 2 limes, 1 juiced, 1 cut into wedges

3 Method Steps

  • Step 1

    Toss the salmon in 60ml (1 ⁄4 cup) marinade to coat.

  • Step 2

    Prepare noodles following packet directions. Drain. Meanwhile, spray a large deep frying pan or wok with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add broccolini stems and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add broccolini tops. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Transfer to a plate. Spray wok again then stir-fry the salmon for 4-5 minutes or until lightly browned and just cooked.

  • Step 3

    Add 2 tbs water to the pan and stir to loosen any cooked-on marinade. Add the noodles, broccolini, lime juice and remaining marinade. Toss to combine. Divide the noodle mixture among serving bowls and top with the sticky salmon. Serve with the lime wedges to squeeze over.

Recipe Notes

  • The leftover marinade will keep in the fridge for up to 1 week. Bake on budget- and kid-friendly chicken drumsticks or stir-fry with steak, chicken or vegies.
