Overnight chia oats with berries

Recipe may contain gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, milk and wheat.

These overnight oats are made extra creamy thanks to the addition of your favourite nut butter. Just mix and chill before bed, and you’ll have a healthy, low calorie breakfast ready to eat as soon as you wake up.

9 Ingredients

  • 30g (1/3 cup) rolled oats

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • 2 tsp pepitas

  • 1 tsp natural peanut butter

  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 125ml (1/2 cup) unsweetened almond or skim milk

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 2 tbsp natural yoghurt

  • 40g (1/3 cup) frozen berries

  • Step 1

    Combine the oats

    (30g (1/3 cup) rolled oats), chia seeds (2 tsp chia seeds), pepitas (2 tsp pepitas), peanut butter (1 tsp natural peanut butter), cinnamon (1/4 tsp ground cinnamon), milk (125ml (1/2 cup) unsweetened almond or skim milk) and honey (1 tsp honey) in a jar or container. Cover. Place in the fridge overnight to soak.

  • Step 2

    Top the oat mixture with yoghurt (2 tbsp natural yoghurt) and berries (40g (1/3 cup) frozen berries) to serve.
