Milkybar espresso martini

We’re always looking for new twists on the iconic espresso martini so when we found out that Nescafe mocha coffee now comes in a Milkybar flavour, this cocktail was born. It comes together in five minutes and just to be extra decadent serve it with Milkybar chocolate – this way it doubles as a dessert too!

6 Ingredients


  • 1 x 17.5g packet Nescafé White Choc Mocha Milkybar

  • 60ml (1/4 cup) freshly brewed espresso coffee, hot

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

  • 2 tbsp vodka

  • 1 tbsp coffee liqueur, such as Kahlúa

  • Coffee beans and Milkybar Classic chocolate pieces, to serve

2 Method Steps


  • Step 1

    Whisk together the Nescafé Milkybar

    (1 x 17.5g packet Nescafé White Choc Mocha Milkybar) and coffee (60ml (1/4 cup) freshly brewed espresso coffee, hot) in a bowl until well combined. Pour into a cocktail shaker and top with the ice cubes (1/2 cup ice cubes), vodka (2 tbsp vodka) and liqueur (1 tbsp coffee liqueur, such as Kahlúa). Shake for 1 minute or until well combined.


  • Step 2

    Strain into a martini glass. Top with coffee beans and Milkybar chocolate to serve.
