Midori splice cocktail

Shake off the week with a troppo sip! This quick
lime coconut cocktail comes with its own ice‑cream.

Allergens: Recipe may contain milk and lactose.

7 Ingredients

  • 30ml Midori

  • 30ml Malibu

  • 90ml chilled pineapple juice

  • Ice cubes

  • 2 tbsp thickened cream

  • Streets Splice Pine Lime ice-cream

  • Pineapple wedge and leaf, to serve

2 Method Steps

  • Step 1

    Combine the Midori
    (30ml Midori)
    , Malibu
    (30ml Malibu)
    and pineapple juice
    (90ml chilled pineapple juice)
    in a cocktail shaker. Add ice
    (Ice cubes)
    and shake until combined. Strain into a wide cocktail glass.

  • Step 2

    Spoon over thickened cream (it will sink at first, but then rise to the surface). Top with a Streets Splice Pine Lime ice-cream
