Mars Bar Weet-Bix slice

Mars Bars and Weet-Bix really do work so well together!
Whip up this easy, no-bake slice in a flash, then sit back and enjoy the chocolatey goodness.

5 Ingredients


  • 250g packet scotch finger biscuits

  • 8 Weet-Bix

  • 395g can condensed milk

  • 6 x 47g Mars bars, chopped

  • 400g milk chocolate, chopped

5 Method Steps


  • Step 1

    Line the base of a 3cm deep, 16cm x 26cm slice pan with baking paper, allowing the paper to extend 3cm over long sides.

    Place the biscuits

    (250g packet scotch finger biscuits) and Weet-Bix (8 Weet-Bix) in a food processor and process until fine breadcrumbs form. Transfer to a medium bowl.


  • Step 3

    Place the condensed milk (395g can condensed milk), Mars bars (6 x 47g Mars bars, chopped) and half the chocolate (400g milk chocolate, chopped) in a saucepan. Melt over medium-low heat, stirring often, for 3 minutes or until smooth and combined. Pour chocolate mixture over Weet-Bix mixture. Stir well to combine (see notes). Press mixture into prepared pan. Smooth top.

  • Step 4

    Place the remaining chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on MEDIUM, stirring halfway, for 1 minute or until melted and smooth. Pour chocolate over slice. Smooth top. Place in the fridge overnight to set.

  • Step 5

    Remove the slice from the fridge and set aside for 30 minutes. Use a hot knife to cut the into squares to serve.

Recipe Notes

If mixture is thick and hard to stir, use gloved hands and mix until well combined. 

To store, place slice between layers of baking paper in an airtight container. Store in a cool dark place. If weather is hot, slice can be stored in the refrigerator.
