Liquorice Allsorts fudge

This visually stunning recipe is a treat for your eyes as well as your mouth. A layer of sliced Liquorice Allsorts adds a kick to the rich chocolate fudge underneath. It’s fun and super easy to make and just wait for the compliments!

5 Ingredients


  • 60g butter

  • 2 x 395g can sweetened condensed milk

  • 360g dark chocolate, finely chopped

  • 360g milk chocolate, finely chopped

  • 450g pkt Liquorice Allsorts, each cut into 3 slices

3 Method Steps


  • Step 1

    Line a 18 x 28cm (base measurement) slice pan with baking paper, allowing the two long sides to overhang.

  • Step 2

    Place the butter

    (60g butter) in a saucepan and stir over a low heat until melted. Add the sweetened condensed milk (2 x 395g can sweetened condensed milk), dark chocolate (360g dark chocolate, finely chopped) and milk chocolate (360g milk chocolate, finely chopped). Stir until melted and smooth. Pour into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.


  • Step 3

    Arrange sliced Liquorice Allsorts (450g pkt Liquorice Allsorts, each cut into 3 slices) over the fudge, trimming to fit. Place in the fridge for 6 hours or until set. Cut into squares to serve.
