3 Method Steps
Step 1Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2Wrap a piece of bacon(6 rashers streaky bacon, quartered) around a potato gem (24 potato gems, defrosted). Secure with a toothpick. Transfer to the prepared tray. Continue with the remaining potato gems and bacon pieces. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
