Florentine bagel pizzas

After a super-easy and speedy dinner the kids will love? Look no further than these incredibly simple bagel pizzas that are on the table in just 20 minutes. We’ve made a classic Florentine topping, but you can top them with whatever toppings your family loves most.

5 Ingredients

  • 60g baby spinach

  • 4 sesame bagels

  • 4 eggs

  • 55g (1/2 cup) pre-grated pizza cheese

  • 6 FlavourBites Tiny Toms tomatoes, halved

3 Method Steps

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 220C/200C fan forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

  • Step 2

    Place baby spinach
    (60g baby spinach)
    in a colander over a heatproof bowl. Pour over boiling water until just wilted. Rinse under cold water then squeeze out excess liquid.

  • Step 3

    Place bagels
    (4 sesame bagels)
    on prepared tray. Crack an egg
    (4 eggs)
    into the centre of each bagel. Divide spinach and pizza cheese
    (55g (1/2 cup) pre-grated pizza cheese)
    evenly among bagels. Season. Bake for 12 minutes or until egg whites have set and cheese has melted. Sprinkle with tomato
    (6 FlavourBites Tiny Toms tomatoes, halved)
    to serve.
