Here’s how to make sweet, glossy buttercream without using icing sugar: just add condensed milk! We’ve also added sprinkles to add some nostalgia of birthday party food from your childhood.
500g salted butter, chopped and softened
395g can sweetened condensed milk
180g block white chocolate, melted, cooled
2 tbsp hundred and thousands
2 Method Steps
Step 1Use electric beaters to beat the butter(500g salted butter, chopped and softened) in a bowl for 6 minutes or until pale and creamy, scraping down the side of the bowl with a spatula once or twice. With the beaters running at a low speed, slowly add the condensed milk (395g can sweetened condensed milk). Bring the mixer back up to top speed and beat for 2 minutes or until well combined.
