35g (1/3 cup) rolled oats
2 tsp chia seeds
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
90g (1/3 cup) natural yoghurt
80ml (1/3 cup) unsweetened almond milk
45g (1/3 cup) frozen mixed berries, thawed
1 tsp honey

Step 1Combine the oats(35g (1/3 cup) rolled oats), chia (2 tsp chia seeds), cocoa (2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder), yoghurt (90g (1/3 cup) natural yoghurt) and almond milk (80ml (1/3 cup) unsweetened almond milk) in a bowl or airtight container. Cover and place in the fridge overnigh
