Roasting cauliflower in the air fryer makes it deliciously crispy and it only takes 15 minutes. It’s great as a side dish or use it in a salad.
1 whole cauliflower, cut into florets
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
Olive oil cooking spray
Sea salt, to season
4 Method Steps
Step 1Place the cauliflower(1 whole cauliflower, cut into florets) in a large bowl. Combine the turmeric (1/2 tsp ground turmeric), paprika (1/2 tsp smoked paprika), cumin (1/2 tsp ground cumin) and coriander (1/2 tsp ground coriander) in a small bowl.

Step 2Use a small sieve to sift half of the spice mixture evenly over the cauliflower. Toss to combine. Sift over the remaining spice mixture and toss.
Step 3Spray the cauliflower with oil (Olive oil cooking spray) and toss to coat. Place cauliflower in the basket of the air fryer and spray again with oil. Cook at 200°C for 15 minutes, turning cauliflower halfway through, until golden and crisp.
Step 4Season with salt (Sea salt, to season) to serve.
