Easiest-ever one-pan feta pasta

The easiest pasta dinner ever has just entered the building. Inspired by the viral TikTok feta pasta, this one-pan dish is packed full of veggies and feta, and best of all, can be created in only 3 steps!

Allergens: Recipe may contain gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, milk and fish.


9 Ingredients


  • 500g dried rigatoni pasta

  • 700g bottle basil tomato passata

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 2 vegetable stock cubes, crumbled

  • 2 x 145g tubs mixed antipasto, undrained

  • 500g packet Coles Roasting Vegetables With Garlic And Rosemary, veggies halved if large

  • 875ml (3 1/2 cups) boiling water

  • 200g block Danish feta

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh continental parsley

3 Method Steps


  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan forced. Lightly grease a 7cm-deep, 2.5L baking dish.

  • Step 2

    Combine pasta
    (500g dried rigatoni pasta)
    , passata
    (700g bottle basil tomato passata)
    , garlic
    (2 garlic cloves, crushed)
    , stock
    (2 vegetable stock cubes, crumbled)
    , antipasto
    (2 x 145g tubs mixed antipasto, undrained)
    , vegetables and
    (500g packet Coles Roasting Vegetables With Garlic And Rosemary, veggies halved if large)
    boiling water
    (875ml (3 1/2 cups) boiling water)
    in prepared dish. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Place feta
    (200g block Danish feta)
    in centre of dish. Bake for a further 15-20 minutes or until feta has softened and pasta is al dente. Stir feta through pasta mixture. Season.

  • Step 3

    Sprinkle with parsley
    (2 tbsp chopped fresh continental parsley)
    to serve.
