Adding protein powder to the yoghurt creates a thick and creamy cheesecake-y texture on top. With a double dose of caramel thanks to the milk and yoghurt, you don’t need to add anything else – it’s already sweet enough!
125ml (½ cup) caramel or vanilla flavoured milk
320g salted caramel greek yoghurt
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp honey macadamia granola
Crumbled Cadbury Caramilk Flake chocolate bar, to serve (see notes)
2 Method Steps
Step 1Use your hands to crush the Weet-Bix(2 Weet-Bix) into a bowl or container. Pour over the milk (125ml (½ cup) caramel or vanilla flavoured milk) to cover. Set aside for 10 minutes to allow the milk to soak into the Weet-Bix.

Step 2Combine yoghurt (320g salted caramel greek yoghurt) and protein powder (1 tbsp vanilla protein powder) in a bowl. Spread over the top of the Weet-Bix. Smooth the surface. Sprinkle with the granola (2 tbsp honey macadamia granola) and crumble over the Flake (Crumbled Cadbury Caramilk Flake chocolate bar, to serve (see notes)). Cover and place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight to set.
We used half of a Caramilk Flake bar, but you can add more to your liking if you want to make it more indulgent.
