320g fresh fettuccine
330ml (11 ⁄3 cups) Massel Chicken Style Liquid Stock
250ml (1 cup) thickened cream
2 tsp Dijon mustard
3 green shallots, thinly sliced
100g shredded barbecued chicken
40g butter, cut into cubes
3 Method Steps
Step 1Divide the pasta(320g fresh fettuccine) among four 375ml (11 ⁄2 cup) microwave-safe mugs. Pour over the chicken stock (330ml (11 ⁄3 cups) Massel Chicken Style Liquid Stock). Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave all 4 mugs on High for 8 minutes or until the stock has absorbed.

Step 2Meanwhile, whisk cream (250ml (1 cup) thickened cream) and mustard (2 tsp Dijon mustard) together in a jug.
Step 3Carefully uncover mugs. Divide shallot (3 green shallots, thinly sliced), chicken (100g shredded barbecued chicken) and butter (40g butter, cut into cubes) among the mugs. Pour over cream mixture. Cover and microwave on High for 3 minutes or until heated through. Uncover and stir. Season with pepper to serve.
Make it vego! Swap the barbecue chicken for tender-crisp peas or coarsely chopped zucchini, and chicken stock for vegie stock.
