Coconut fruit salad bowl

Here’s a coco-loco idea for breakfast or dessert: serve your favourite fruit salad recipe in a coconut!

2 Ingredients

  • 1 coconut

  • Assorted fruit

2 Method Steps

  • Step 1

    Use a hammer to tap around the middle of a coconut

    (1 coconut) to break in half. Drain any water.

  • Step 2

    Fill each half with coconut yoghurt. Top with chopped fresh seasonal fruit (Assorted fruit) (such as kiwifruit, dragon fruit, raspberries, strawberries, banana and blueberries) and fresh mint leaves. Drizzle over passionfruit pulp to serve.
