100g white chocolate, melted
1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp peppermint essence
1-2 drops green food colouring
Chocolate ice-cream, to serve

Step 1Place chocolate(100g white chocolate, melted) and coconut oil (1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil, melted) in a medium bowl. Stir until combined.

Step 2Add peppermint essence (1 tsp peppermint essence) and green food colouring (1-2 drops green food colouring) to chocolate mixture. Stir until combined.
Step 3Scoop ice-cream into bowl. Drizzle chocolate mixture over ice-cream. The mixture will harden in 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Serve.
