Choc-mint affogato

This is what you get when choc-mint, ice cream and liqueur collide. Pairing all of our favourite things, this boozy treat is the perfect way to end the dinner party (for the adults, of course).

5 Ingredients


  • 30ml peppermint schnapps

  • 30ml Baileys Chocolate Luxe Irish Cream Liqueur

  • 15ml chocolate liqueur

  • Choc-mint ice-cream, to serve

  • Peppermint Crisp chocolate bar, halved diagonally, to serve

  • Step 1

    Pour peppermint schnapps

    (30ml peppermint schnapps), baileys (30ml Baileys Chocolate Luxe Irish Cream Liqueur) and chocolate liqueur (15ml chocolate liqueur) in a cocktail shaker filled with ice (Choc-mint ice-cream, to serve). Shake for 30 seconds. Pour into a chilled martini glass.


  • Step 2

    Carefully top with a large scoop of ice-cream (the ice-cream should float, not sink). Finish with pieces of the chocolate bar.
