Cheesy pulled pork jaffles

Comfort food takes on new meaning with this ultra indulgent cheesy toastie stuffed with a cheat’s cheese sauce and leftover pulled pork.

5 Ingredients


  • 8 slices white bread

  • 100g butter, at room temperature

  • 250g pulled pork, warmed

  • 1/2 quantity Cheat’s microwave cheese sauce (see notes for recipe)

  • 100g cheese, coarsley grated

3 Method Steps


  • Step 1

    Preheat a jaffle maker. Spread the bread with butter. Place 4 slices of bread, butter side down, in the jaffle maker.

  • Step 2

    Divide the pork between each slice, spoon over 2-3 tablespoons of sauce and scatter over cheese. Top with 4 slices of bread, butter side up. Cook in the jaffle maker for 5-7 minutes or until golden.

  • Step 3

    Transfer jaffles to a plate or serving board to cool slightly before cutting in half to serve.
