We’ve taken our obsession with Caramilk to a whole new level and paired it with an espresso martini, our fave cocktail. The chocolate mixture adds a wonderfully creamy and rich texture to this classic!
160ml (2/3 cup) thickened cream
2 x 45g Caramilk chocolate bars, chopped
60ml (1/4 cup) hot espresso coffee
2 tbsp Kahlua liqueur
60ml (1/4 cup) vodka
8 ice cubes
6 Caramilk chocolate chips or coffee beans
4 Method Steps
Step 1Place cream(160ml (2/3 cup) thickened cream) and Caramilk (2 x 45g Caramilk chocolate bars, chopped) in a heatproof jug. Microwave on High (100%) for 1 to 2 minutes or until Caramilk has melted. Stir until smooth and combined. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to cool.

Step 2Combine the espresso (60ml (1/4 cup) hot espresso coffee), Kahlua (2 tbsp Kahlua liqueur) and vodka (60ml (1/4 cup) vodka) in a small jug. Divide espresso mixture between 2 martini glasses.
Step 3Place the ice (8 ice cubes) in a cocktail shaker. Add Caramilk (6 Caramilk chocolate chips or coffee beans) mixture and shake until frothy.
Step 4Gently pour Caramilk mixture over espresso mixture in glasses. Top with Caramilk chocolate chips or coffee beans. Serve immediately (see note).
Martini needs to be stirred before drinking as the alcohol needs to mix with the Caramilk mixture.
