Made using just four ingredients, these fudgy Brazilian treats are perfect for special occasions!
30g (1 ⁄4 cup) cocoa powder
395g can sweetened condensed milk
Chocolate or coloured sprinkles, to coat
3 Method Steps
Step 1Grease a plate with butter
(30g butter). Melt the 30g butter in a non-stick frying pan over low heat. Add the cocoa
(30g (1 ⁄4 cup) cocoa powder) and condensed milk
(395g can sweetened condensed milk) to the pan. Stir until combined.
Step 2Cook, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula, for 10 minutes or until the mixture is very thick. (It should stay separated for a few seconds when you run the spoon across the bottom of the pan.) Pour onto prepared plate. Place in the fridge for 2 hours or until chilled and fairly firm.
Step 3Spread sprinkles over a plate. Use oiled hands to roll 3 level teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls. Roll the fudge balls in sprinkles
(Chocolate or coloured sprinkles, to coat) and arrange in small paper cases to serve.
Store the fudge balls in the fridge for up to 1 week.
