6 streaky bacon rashers
6 eggs, hard-boiled
1 large tomato, cut into slices
Handful of cos lettuce, broken into single leaves
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Black sesame seeds, to serve

Step 1Cook streaky bacon rashers(6 streaky bacon rashers) in a frying pan until crisp. Cut each piece in half crossways.

Step 2Cut hard-boiled eggs (6 eggs, hard-boiled) in half lengthways. Top 1 half of each egg with a piece of bacon, a small piece of baby cos lettuce (Handful of cos lettuce, broken into single leaves), a slice of tomato (1 large tomato, cut into slices) and another piece of bacon. Spread with a little mayonnaise (2 tablespoons of mayonnaise).
Step 3Place remaining egg halves on top. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds (Black sesame seeds, to serve), season and serve.
