Biscoff Baileys hot chocolate

We’ve combined the smooth, caramelly flavour of Lotus Biscoff spread with boozy Baileys for the ultimate adults-only winter drink.

6 Ingredients


  • 100g white chocolate, coarsely chopped

  • 500ml (2 cups) milk

  • 110g (⅓ cup) biscoff spread

  • 60ml (¼ cup) Baileys Irish Cream

  • 300ml ctn thickened cream, whipped

  • Biscoff biscuits, to decorate

2 Method Steps


  • Step 1

    Place the chocolate

    (100g white chocolate, coarsely chopped) and milk (500ml (2 cups) milk) in a small saucepan. Stir over a medium heat until the chocolate has melted. Add the biscoff (110g (⅓ cup) biscoff spread) and stir until melted. Stir in the Baileys (60ml (¼ cup) Baileys Irish Cream).


  • Step 2

    Pour the hot chocolate between heatproof glasses. Top with whipped cream (300ml ctn thickened cream, whipped) and biscoff biscuits (Biscoff biscuits, to decorate).
