It’s no secret that when Baileys and ice-cream meet, it’s a match made in heaven. Well, this spiked dessert has taken the combo to a new level with the addition of salted caramel! *Drooling*.
30ml Baileys Salted Caramel Flavour Irish Cream Liqueur
30ml honey bourbon whiskey
15ml butterscotch schnapps
1 scoop salted caramel ice-cream
Caramilk flake bar, broken into pieces
3 Method Steps
Step 1Pour Baileys(30ml Baileys Salted Caramel Flavour Irish Cream Liqueur), whisky and schnapps (15ml butterscotch schnapps) in a cocktail shaker filled with ice (1 scoop salted caramel ice-cream). Shake for 30 seconds. Pour into a chilled martini glass.
