Baileys salted caramel affogato

It’s no secret that when Baileys and ice-cream meet, it’s a match made in heaven. Well, this spiked dessert has taken the combo to a new level with the addition of salted caramel! *Drooling*.

5 Ingredients


  • 30ml Baileys Salted Caramel Flavour Irish Cream Liqueur

  • 30ml honey bourbon whiskey

  • 15ml butterscotch schnapps

  • 1 scoop salted caramel ice-cream

  • Caramilk flake bar, broken into pieces

  • Step 1

    Pour Baileys

    (30ml Baileys Salted Caramel Flavour Irish Cream Liqueur), whisky and schnapps (15ml butterscotch schnapps) in a cocktail shaker filled with ice (1 scoop salted caramel ice-cream). Shake for 30 seconds. Pour into a chilled martini glass.


  • Step 2

    Carefully top with a large scoop of ice-cream (1 scoop salted caramel ice-cream) (the ice-cream should float, not sink).

  • Step 3

    Sprinkle with chocolate (Caramilk flake bar, broken into pieces) to serve.
