Air fryer salmon fish cakes

You won’t need to go near the stove to make these little salmon patties because we cook the potatoes in the microwave and the cakes in the air fryer. They turn out perfectly crunchy and make for an easy lunch or snack. Serve them with salad or pop onto a bun and make a tasty burger. Too easy!

with a knife then place in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on High for 8 minutes or until tender. Set aside until cool enough to handle then remove the skins. Use a fork to mash the potato in a large bowl.
