Rocky road lovers, here is a delicious sweet treat that has the flavours of your favourite dessert but is ready in just 15 minute. Wrap a whole block of fruit ‘n’ nut chocolate with mini marshmallows in some puff pastry, air fry for 10 minutes and voila!
180g block fruit ‘n’ nut chocolate
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Thickened cream, to serve (optional)
4 Method Steps
Step 1Place chocolate(180g block fruit ‘n’ nut chocolate) in the centre of pastry sheet (1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed). Top chocolate with marshmallows (1/2 cup mini marshmallows). Slice the pastry diagonally into 2cm-wide strips along the long sides of the block.

Step 2Fold the short ends over the filling. Fold one strip of pastry over the filling. Fold another strip from the opposite side, slightly overlapping. Alternate the strips over the chocolate until completely enclosed.
Step 3Place in an air fryer and cook at 180C for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden.
Step 4Cut into slices and serve with cream (Thickened cream, to serve (optional)), if using.
