If you’re craving a choc mint treat, here is a super simple dessert you can have ready in 25 minutes…and all you need are two ingredients (Aero Mint + puff pastry) and an airfryer!

3 Ingredients


  • 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed

  • 118g block Aero mint chocolate

  • Thickened cream, to serve (optional)

4 Method Steps


  • Step 1

    Place 1 sheet of puff pastry

    (2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed) on a flat working surface. Using an assortment of different-sized round cookie cutters, cut rounds from pastry, discarding trimmings.


  • Step 2

    Cut the remaining pastry sheet in half. Place the chocolate (118g block Aero mint chocolate) in the centre of 1 half of the pastry sheet. Brush the edges with a little cream and place the second half of the pastry sheet on top. Press the edges to seal. Brush with a little cream. Working with 1 pastry round at a time, place it over the top, pressing gently to secure to pastry. Repeat with remaining pastry rounds to form a decorative pattern. Trim pastry, leaving a 1cm border around chocolate.

  • Step 3

    Place in an air fryer and cook at 200C for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden. Turn air fryer off and let pastry sit for a further 5 minutes (this helps make the chocolate soft and gooey).

  • Step 4

    Cut into slices and serve with cream (Thickened cream, to serve (optional)), if using.
