Air fryer garlic bread croissant roll-ups

We will never stop finding new ways to reinvent garlic bread and here’s but our latest version. Using just three ingredients easily found at Coles, we’ve created our crispiests, most moreish garlic bread roll-ups yet. Simply flatten slightly defrosted croissants, top with with garlic butter and cheese, roll up and pop in an air fryer for 10 minutes. That stringy cheesy and the hit of garlic make this an irresistible starter or snack.

3 Ingredients


  • 360g pkt Coles Frozen Bake At Home Butter Croissants, slightly thawed

  • 80g garlic butter spread, softened

  • 120g (1 1/2 cups) Coles Pizza Blend Shredded Cheese

2 Method Steps


  • Step 1

    Using a floured rolling pin, roll croissants
    (360g pkt Coles Frozen Bake At Home Butter Croissants, slightly thawed)
    out until 8mm thick. Spread with two-thirds of the garlic butter
    (80g garlic butter spread, softened)
    and top with two-thirds of the cheese
    (120g (1 1/2 cups) Coles Pizza Blend Shredded Cheese)
    . Roll up croissants. Spread outside of rolls with remaining garlic butter and top with remaining cheese.

  • Step 2

    Line the air fryer basket with a piece of baking paper (see note). Place rolls in the airfryer and cook at 180C for 8-10 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle with any melted garlic butter from baking paper. Serve.

Recipe Notes

Make sure the piece of baking paper is smaller than the base of the basket to ensure adequate airflow. 

Garlic butter: we used the Tru Blue brand, available in the butter section at Coles.
