Air fryer baked potatoes

These air fryer potatoes are so delicious, once you’ve made them in the air fryer once, you’ll never turn the oven on again!

5 Ingredients


  • 650g baby potatoes, halved

  • 2 large fresh rosemary sprigs

  • Sea salt, to season

  • Sour cream, to serve

  • Sweet chilli sauce, to serve

2 Method Steps


  • Step 1

    Preheat the air fryer to 180C. Place the potatoes

    (650g baby potatoes, halved) and rosemary sprigs (2 large fresh rosemary sprigs) in the air fryer. Spray with oil and season with salt (Sea salt, to season). Cook, turning halfway, for 15 minutes or until crisp and cooked through.


  • Step 2

    Serve the potatoes with sour cream (Sour cream, to serve) and sweet chilli sauce (Sweet chilli sauce, to serve).
