Using leftover spaghetti bolognese and the Kmart sausage roll maker appliance, this cheat’s lasagne is super cheesy and ready in just 20 minutes.

5 Ingredients


  • 1 cup leftover cooked spaghetti pasta

  • 1 cup leftover bolognese mince

  • 1 cup shredded pizza blend cheese

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh continental parsley, plus extra to serve (optional)

  • 2 sheets mountain bread

  • Step 1

    Combine the pasta

    (1 cup leftover cooked spaghetti pasta), bolognese (1 cup leftover bolognese mince), cheese (1 cup shredded pizza blend cheese) and parsley (2 tbsp chopped fresh continental parsley, plus extra to serve (optional)) in a medium bowl.


  • Step 2

    Cut the bread (2 sheets mountain bread) into quarters. Working quickly, place half of the pasta mixture on the bottom edge of four pieces of the bread quarters. Tuck in the edges and roll to enclose. Place seam side down in the sausage roll maker. Spray with oil. Close and turn on. Cook for 12-14 minutes, turning halfway. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm. Repeat with the remaining bread and pasta mixture.

  • Step 3

    Serve the pasta rolls scattered with extra parsley, if desired.
