3-ingredient Biscoff custard tray cake

Cake ideas don’t get much simpler than this 3-ingredient wonder. Swirls Biscoff spread and custard through a pancake shake mix and you have yourself a quick and easy dessert ready for an afternoon treat.

4 Ingredients

  • 1 x 375g btl pancake shake mix

  • 160g (1/2 cup) smooth Biscoff spread

  • 125ml (½ cup) bought vanilla custard

  • Cream or ice-cream, to serve

5 Method Steps

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 190C/170C fan forced. Grease a 2.5cm-deep 18 x 26cm slice tray.

  • Step 2

    Prepare pancake shake

    (1 x 375g btl pancake shake mix) following packet directions. Pour into prepared pan.

  • Step 3

    Place Biscoff spread (160g (1/2 cup) smooth Biscoff spread) in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on High for 30 seconds. Stir. Spoon over cake mix. Spoon custard (125ml (½ cup) bought vanilla custard) over cake mix. Swirl.

  • Step 4

    Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.

  • Step 5

    Serve with a cream or ice-cream (Cream or ice-cream, to serve).
